It&#8217;s to  remind ourselves that the things we think are most important aren&#8217;t.  That the things we think are our treasures aren&#8217;t the true treasures. So  what is the true treasure? It&#8217;s not self-denial or feeling a certain  amount of sorrow for our sins.
