For us, that means to lose weight. We decided to try <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Weight Watchers\" href=\"http:\/\/www.weightwatchers.com\/\" rel=\"homepage\">Weight Watchers<\/a>. I did this back in 2003-2004 and I lost about 30 pounds. Hopefully, I\u2019ll be able to lose that again. Since starting, I have yet to reach my point allotment for the day.
