Why is that my most-read post on my entire blog has to deal with the damage done to my car? As of right now, (11:47pm), it has 69 views. I’d be lucky if a sermon got double-digit views, let alone 69 views. Funny how people like this but don’t have the same feelings toward my sermons. Hmm…

Nah, it’s not your sermons. People, including me, just like to read about bad stuff. It’s like driving down the road and getting stuck in traffic because there is accident ahead. Everyone slows down to see the wreckage. The same with blogs — sermons, when you need them, they’re always there. But when the pastor writes about some misfortune he’s run into, everyone wants to sit back and read.
